ARIA PowerControl – Intelligent Features

ARIA PowerControl replaces the original relays, flasher units, and wiring with a single electronic control unit. The switches and contactors now carry only control signals; all power is managed by protected electronic outputs.

Managed Inputs (12 terminals):

All inputs are active to ground and optocoupled. Accidentally applying +12V to an input does not damage it; it simply remains inactive.

1. Night Lights:

   • Turns on the front parking lights, taillight, and license plate light using the switch on the handlebar control.

2. Run/Stop:

   • Enables or disables the engine ignition.
   • In the STOP position, all controlled outputs are cut off (ignition, lights, starter).

3. Start:

   • The starter motor turns as long as the button is held down, like on a motorcycle Original.
   • Automatic safety cut-off after 5 seconds of continuous press, then a rest period and release of the button are required before another attempt: protection of the starter and battery.
   • Start refused if the safety conditions are not met (neutral/center stand).

4. Brake:

   • Activates the brake light as soon as the brake is applied.
   • Compatible with front and rear brake switches (dry contacts, in parallel).

5. Low Beam and High Beam:

   • Direct control from the high/low beam switch, high beam flash Included.

6. Horn:

   • Controls the horn from the handlebar switch.

7. Left Turn Signal and Right Turn Signal:

   • Integrated constant-frequency flashing, compatible with bulbs and LEDs (no need for a flasher relay or resistors).
   • Hazard Lights: Activated when both inputs are active simultaneously (dedicated hazard light switch) or via the app.

8. Side Stand:

   • Ground signal from the motorcycle wiring harness is taken into account under starting conditions.

9. Neutral:

   • Ground signal from the motorcycle wiring harness: ensures safe starting.

10. Ground (GND):

    • Common return from the handlebar controls.

Managed Outputs (12 terminals, +12V switched and protected):

1. Night Lights:
   • Front parking lights, taillight, license plate light, and instrument cluster light.
2. Ignition :
   • Provides +12V ignition power (coils, ECU, fuel pump).
3. Starter Relay (Start):
   • • Controls the starter relay coil (10A max).
   Caution: Never connect the starter directly.
4. Brake Light:

6. Low Beam Headlight and High Beam Headlight:

10. Daytime Running Lights:
11. Automatically illuminate when the engine is authorized, and deactivate as soon as the low beam or high beam is activated.
12. Ideal for halo or LED DRLs.
13. Left and Right Turn Signals:
    • Independent outputs, front and rear in parallel on each side.
14. Alarm (Buzzer):
    • Buzzer output controlled by the integrated vibration sensor.
15. +12V Permanent:
    • For powering an accessory.

22mm Plug & Play Switch Kit play:

• ARIA PowerControl is designed for generic 22mm switchgear (Honda type, with maintained contacts): each wire connects directly to its terminal, without relays or modifications.
• The instrument cluster indicators (turn signals, low beam, high beam, running lights) connect in parallel to the ARIA outputs, thus displaying the actual status of the lights, including hazard lights and app commands. Compatible with our TENET and AEON instrument cluster adapters.
