Shipping your package

Packages are usually shipped within 2-3 days of receipt of payment. They are shipped via Colissimo with a tracking number and delivered against signature at no additional cost. We send you a link to track your package online, which can also be viewed on your account and invoice.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is shipped with "Ad Valorem" insurance.

Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.


If a package is returned to the sender for non-complaint or incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, FIVE ACES reserves the right to invoice the customer for the reshipping costs again. In this case, if the package is again returned to the sender, it will no longer be returned to the customer and the amount corresponding to this order, including any additional delivery costs, will remain acquired by FIVE ACES.


FIVE ACES guarantees the conformity of the product delivered with the essential characteristics described on the site and this for use in accordance with its intended purpose. The customer is required to check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the product delivered, and to make any reservations on the carrier's delivery note, if any. If nothing is reported on the delivery slip, no refund or compensation can take place.


Except in the case of arrangements made with our agreement, the return costs are your responsibility. - Before any return, you must contact us otherwise it will not be accepted and the return of the product at your expense.

- If you wish to return an item, send us an e-mail indicating your name, address, e-mail address, order number and specifying which articles are concerned.

- Ship items within 14 days from date of notification.

- You are responsible for any possible damage suffered by the article during the return.

Therefore, we strongly recommend that you return the products properly packaged, undamaged and in the original box and packaging.

- If possible, please provide us with a tracking number for the return package.

- If an item is being shipped from overseas, make sure it is marked "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid any customs charges.

We cannot be held responsible for any customs charges applied to the package.

- Unless otherwise agreed, refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

- If the product or packaging is worn or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any loss in value when refunding the product.

- The refund is made within 48 working hours.
